Even after you have placed an order online, the sale is not complete until The Air of Creation has accepted and processed the order. All orders must be paid once the order has been shipped. Shipping Charges All shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed. Due to current status of COVID-19 Returns and Refunds are not permitted at this time. This will be updated once the status of COVID-19 is altered. Our expected Free shipping times are between 5 - 7 business days. The expedited shipping times are expected to be around 2-3 business days. Due to Covid-19 these times stand.
